This guarantee is meant to protect families against serious genetic health conditions and to clearly explain what is covered and what is not.

What Our 1-Year Health Guarantee Means

Our 1-Year Health Guarantee covers your puppy against life-threatening genetic defects for one (1) year from the puppy’s date of birth.

A genetic defect is a health condition that:

• Is inherited

• Was present at birth

• Is not caused by injury, environment, or improper care

• Seriously affects the puppy’s quality of life

This guarantee reflects our commitment to responsible breeding and healthy puppies.

What Is Covered Under the 1-Year Health Guarantee

This guarantee applies if your puppy is diagnosed with a severe, life-threatening genetic condition within the first year of life.

Covered conditions must:

• Be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian

• Be documented in writing

• Be proven to be genetic in nature

Examples may include serious congenital defects that significantly impact normal life functions.

What Is Not Covered

The 1-Year Health Guarantee does not cover:

• Minor or non-life-threatening conditions

• Illnesses caused by infections, parasites, or viruses

• Conditions related to poor nutrition, injury, or neglect

• Allergies or sensitivities

• Stress-related conditions

• Normal variations in size, coat, color, or temperament

Routine puppy illnesses are not considered genetic defects and are not covered under this guarantee.

Veterinary Confirmation Requirement

To activate this guarantee:

• The diagnosis must be made by a licensed veterinarian

• Written documentation must be provided to us

• We must be notified as soon as the condition is diagnosed

We reserve the right to request a second veterinary opinion if needed.

Resolution Under the 1-Year Health Guarantee

If a qualifying genetic condition is confirmed within the 1-year period:

• We may offer a replacement puppy of equal value, when available

• Replacement puppies are subject to availability and timing

• Shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer

No cash refunds are provided under this guarantee.

Buyer Responsibilities

To keep the 1-Year Health Guarantee valid, the buyer agrees to:

• Provide proper nutrition and fresh water

• Maintain regular veterinary care

• Keep vaccinations and preventatives up to date

• Provide a safe and healthy living environment

Failure to provide proper care may void this guarantee.

Shipping and Travel Considerations

For puppies that are shipped:

• Puppies are vet-checked and cleared before travel

• Travel stress is normal and not considered a genetic health issue

• Buyers should schedule a veterinary exam shortly after delivery

Important Notes

• This guarantee applies only to the original buyer

• The guarantee is not transferable

• The guarantee begins from the puppy’s date of birth

• All guarantees are void if terms are not followed
